Biography

Teresa was born in South Los Angeles. She is a first generation Mexican-American.She is a big animal lover. While in California she managed the spcaLA Adoption Center and helped over 300 pets find forever homes. In 2021 she and her husband moved to Pittsburgh with their 2 dogs and 2 cats.  She began her career at Casa San Jose as admin assistant and later Youth Program Director. After a 1 year hiatus, she is excited to be back. Helping create memories for the youth she serves is her favorite part of the job.
