Biography

Amaro was born in Nicaragua. At a young age, Amaro felt that he wanted to pursue a career in making a difference in peoples lives. As a result, he decided to go to college and study English and education. He holds a bachelor's degree in Teaching English as a Foreign language. Amaro possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence and creativity which helps promote meaningful learning, student engagement and interactive activities. For Amaro, working at Casa San José  is a great opportunity to share his experience and knowledge to help the Latino community in Pittsburgh. Amaro loves cook,  spend time with family and friends and reading books.
