Washington D.C. March to Preserve DACA

Tuesday September 5th, the Casa San Jose community along with members of HOLA Ohio boarded a bus in Pittsburgh at 4:00am to leave for Washington D.C. to defend DACA and TPS. There the group joined others to march from the White House, Trump Tower, the Department of Justice and ended at the ICE office. Casa San Jose’s signs are featured by ThinkProgress as among the best signs and posters at the event.

Casa San Jose and HOLA Ohio would like to thank Pittsburgh UNITED, The Women and Girls Foundation, and Planned Parenthood for donating the bus.

To lend you hand to the cause; call your Congressional Representative and say “We need to preserve and protect DACA.” Enter your information to take action here.
